This blog is a collection of recipes and stories about my family’s culinary adventures with the Whole 30 in our Kosher kitchen.  What is the Whole 30? It is a way of eating that focuses on whole foods (like meat and veggies) while eliminating inflammatory elements from our diets. While other sites with Whole30 and Paleo recipes may have many  recipes that are Kosher in theory, it practice it might not always be possible to find the ingredients certified Kosher. Everything made on this blog is made with entirely Kosher certified ingredients. Every recipe posted on this blog is something we loved, and I hope you love it too, whether you are doing the Whole 30 or are just looking for delicious healthy recipes. About Me I am the mother of two small children who loves to cook and bake. We do a lot of entertaining, so I tend to cook for a crowd. I am trying to grow more of our own food and we have chickens for eggs, but our garden is still a work in progress.
