We&#039;re heading to Mexico at the end of the month and can&#039;t wait for Horchata and arroz con leche!&lt;br /&gt;I&#039;ve found that restaurant rice freezes really well. Split up the leftovers into individual portions in ziplock baggies then re-heat as needed.</description>
