I was relieved when not only did it not overflow, it rose exactly to the top leaving me with a perfect 1 inch cake. One recipe seems to be perfect for a single half sheet layer. Butter Yum,
I lined a 1 inch tall half sheet pan with parchment sprayed with bakers joy, poured all the batter in, spread it evenly, and prayed for the best.
