		<description>Oh, wow... these are EXCELLENT.  I used earth balance whipped (measured by weight, not volume, so the whipping wouldn&#039;t affect the volume) and they are delicious.  However, I find they are a TOUCH too salty.  I will not add salt if I make them again with salted margarine.  Also, even after 2 hours in the fridge, the dough gets unmanageably soft rather quickly; I&#039;ll do half at a time next time.  As it was, they were just for our family Shabbat table, so for the second half, I just rolled the soft dough into balls, flattened them, then dipped them in sugar.  Yum!</description>
