		<description>Ooh, I LOVE the idea of using salt to offset the sweetness. I love sweet/salty. So clever, Shoshana! Very interesting about the homemade vegan condensed milk. As you know, I just used Coco Lopez cream of coconut as a substitute and it worked out really well.</description>
